Sponsoring a horse is the next best thing to fostering one. Your donation will cover the cost of feed, hay, farrier, and vet care.  You can visit them at the rescue and be a part of the daily hands-on care as well, and experience firsthand the rewards of bringing a horse back to health or training and working with one until they are ready for adoption.
